Nadeem R. Khan, M.D.

Dr. Nadeem R. Khan, a Chicago native, moved to Tampa to pursue a fellowship in Infectious Diseases at the University of South Florida College Of Medicine after completing his internal medicine training and chief residency in the windy city. He is board certified in Internal Medicine as well as Infectious Diseases. Dr. Khan currently holds an academic appointment as Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of South Florida College of Medicine, Department of Internal Medicine. He joined Infectious Disease Associates of Tampa Bay in 2002.

Dr. Khan is the Associate Medical Director of the Pinellas Care Clinic, where he works with HIV patients and participates in research protocols. He is also Vice Chief of Medicine at Memorial Hospital where he serves on the Medical Executive Committee. Dr. Khan has special interests: in HIV care, orthopedic infections, wound care, and travel medicine. Dr. Khan is happily married and is the father of three beautiful children. He is also very involved with his community.
